Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with LeadIQ360. If things don't work out, here's how refunds work.
1. Annual Plans - 14-Day Refund
If you purchased an annual subscription and haven't actively used the platform (fewer than 10 contacts created, no campaigns sent), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days or active use, annual plans are non-refundable but you can continue using the Service until the end of your billing period.
2. Monthly Plans - Cancel Anytime
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current month.
3. Plan Downgrades - Pro-Rated Credits
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, we'll calculate the unused portion of your current plan and apply it as a credit toward your new plan. Credits are applied automatically to future invoices and do not expire for 12 months.
4. AI Credits
Purchased AI credits are non-refundable once used. Unused AI credit balances are refundable within 30 days of purchase. AI credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with its included limits.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@leadiq360.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Company name on the account
- Reason for the refund request
- Invoice number (if available)
We process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be abusive or fraudulent.
